Driven Inbound was created by lifelong journalist Geoff Giordano, who brings decades of storytelling experience to the relatively new field of content marketing.
Using the best practices of top-tier newsrooms, Driven Inbound employs a newsroom ethic of speed, accuracy and timeliness in creating editorial material (“content”) that “sells” your company, products and services by keeping current and potential customers informed about you and your industry.
Geoff began his career as a night newspaper copy editor, wire editor and designer before going on to serve as front-page editor, senior project designer and assistant managing editor/news and weekends for The Journal News in White Plains, N.Y. Embarking on a different path, he left daily news for trade publishing, taking the helm of magazines including Dental Tribune (U.S.), The Hospitalist, Food Quality and Pharmaceutical Formulation & Quality.
Just before creating Driven Inbound, Geoff served as the first communications director for the Laser Institute of America, where he worked to create a cross-departmental content-generating machine to help promote the nonprofit’s publications, conferences and membership benefits. He also created and employed social-media protocols that resulted in some of the most-viewed content on LIA’s channels.
